We can tell isnt detected , if it was all who used was banned atm. Anyway post the ban letter it will specify the reason (hacks), economy exploitation or other thing.
If you used only gatherbuddy reasons for ban are:
Abuse / Exploitation of economy
1-Too long botting session
2-Gold selling / buy
3- Got reported by players it can take 2 week after reports to get ban.
4- Flood of AH with gather materials
5- used in last month anything different than gatherbuddy.

Anyway you know the risks, thank for tell the community, anyway isnt general.

I received a ban in my sec. account and i use on this acc only bot, and my main account is everything ended, sales etc ... and did not get ban ... Also in the mail that I received from blizz writes Account Name: WOW1

Don't use your main account to sell gold. Selling gold is the most common way to get banned. Make a vanilla wow account.

i must say, i use gather and honor buddy alot. like 12 hours a day. which yes is kinda stupid. but i have never had a wisper or had any warnings of an incoming ban. i guess sometimes its just luck.

I was considering getting this, but here is the quote from the Moderator on their site:

Clarification (Updated):

Well, after searching around for a while with Harko; he found the culprit. He, being on Windows XP, ran his logger over LuaNinja.dll and found that it was in-fact reporting back detection flags. However, when i ran my logger over LuaNinja, it returned clean flags.

I run Windows 7, as does Cypher; which would appear to be how he missed the Windows XP incompatibility.

Long story short? LuaNinja’s protection only worked on certain operating systems and Warden has been detecting LuaNinja since December 19th.

idk i tell u i get ban i use only gather on my sec account , but i read what some people write on the forum gatherbuddy and some did not get a ban, I just want to say to be a little careful with using bot

Tip: if you are running the same patrol as last time, just Enter after GB starts. It will auth, select the same path and resume patrol by itself.

Important - if you have any problem with this release:
1. Click on "Additional Options..." as you post.
2. Attach debug.html from your Gatherbuddy folder
3. If WoW crashed, look in the Errors subfolder of your wow folder.
4. A text of last crash cause is there with the exact time of the crash.
5. Attach that text as well.

My GB story:
Bough GB at the 6th of Jan 2010.
Used it up to 5 hours a day, 45 minutes to an hour at a time, while doing other stuff on my computer (Dual monitor ftw)
So far i'm 100% satisfied and just an hour or so ago, I hit the over 9000 cap.



How do I make my gold?
I mine 100% of the time, selling my saronite to 3 different buyers (11/12/12g per stack) and saronite to 2 different buyers á 250 per stack, I'm the cheapest you can get on my server) and I only do C.o.D trades, some face to face if I have like 5 stacks just lying around.

How long did it take for me to set it up?
It took about 2 minutes, login -> reload path list -> load up the sholazar profile -> click fix my settings such as go to gbank to empty bags etc -> start bot -> 1 hour later, 200-500 gold richer.

So, how much money would this be?
Will calculate this in $ and $5/k:
Gbuddy: $36.32
Gold acquired: 9000g.
Est value per 1000 (Private buyers who I'm dealing with as this is written): $5.
Total value of the gold: $45. ($45-$36,32=$8.68 earned already so the bot pays for itself, more detailed calculations below.)

Total days used GB: 8.
Average gold per day: 1125g
Gold made per week: 7875g
Monthly: 31500g ($157.5)
Annually: 378000 ($1890)
Gatherbuddy for 1 year: $116,224
TOTAL SUM: $1890 - $116.224 = $1773,776.

See now, I got the ban again, but on another account because of the gold to trade (for 72 hours ban). What's going on now, no one knows and probably even and Blizzard, possible to spared me. lol
I transferred a character to another account and now my gatherbuudy work on it and no problems, at least for now
