You phail. SO much shit. Its very up to date. Tanaris works very hard updating it after every patch and he does this for free. For those who have a mac, i suggest you get on the forums asap and make an account. Ive been using this bot for over a year and its a lifesaver, using it overnight, leaving for several hours unattended and i have yet to be banned. Levelled several chars to 80 and maxed fishing and not been caught.

I agree, but it does have some fundamental flaws. Its PVP aspect is excellent, with the capability to cap me (honor wise) in less than 6 hours. However, i find that the leveling side of it is far too underdeveloped. My routes in places like Ashenvale and The Crossroads go astray and i end up walking into a wall for 5 hours. Don't get me wrong, its a great bot, but mainly for PVP. Can someone make a glider type bot for Mac OSX? This is a perfect PVP bot though

And if anyone wants a good jump on the spot bot, perfect in conjunction with this, please get Keytachi's Auto Jumper v2.0 Its perfect for this, as it allows you to stay un-AFK even if you run into a wall. It works for Mac users like me! Enjoy!

Ideally, the bot should 'see' objects in the way and make the appropriate adjustments to its path, but as far as I can tell in the code, there's nothing aside from 'Waypoint is in this direction, get to it as fast as possible'. There's nothing detecting collision models or anything that could be in the way of the nearest path to the waypoint - I think that's what's stopping PG from being a great bot.

If only I fully understood programming, then I'd be able to write a function or two to make PG 'see' things.

Of course, PocketGnome would be even better if it could see its environment. But with or without that, it's already a great tool.
With well made routes, you should not encounter stuck issues. Blame bad routes, not PG.
