Never once in 400 throws found the splash, even after correcting the settings/reworking/restarting.

It founds the bobber in the small screen ?

If yes, you only have to set a correct tolerance for the splash detection.

If it not founds the bobber, look at your graphic option in wow, and maybe in your graphic option in your graphic's driver. If there is anisotropic or antialiasing set in your driver, disable them !

It finds bobber, it doesn't see splash, and it's overall VERY slow, so it misses the splash a lot while searching for bobber.
