Only thing that I've noticed that you blame him for is for stealing offsets.
If it's on forum, not copyrighted, than I guess it's not stealing? If person who found those offsets didn't want any other person to use em, than he simply shouldn't post it on public forum.
When I don't want my code to be used by any user, I just don't post it on public place.
When I do, I expect that it'll be used, modified and adjusted.

Well, I'm no expert in "wow hacking" but I think that all these pages of flame pretty much did the trick as far as stopping him from updating hack.
