when i try and (run) the program i get a error right as i open it saying

You have to be more speciefic? Im pretty sure its because you dont have .Net framework v3.5, download it here: Download details: .NET Framework 3.5

On another note, I kinda believe the kid is 11, because only kids would be excited by adding "system mode"/"system info" to a totally unrelated too. And yes, saying "I'm 11" is kinda a dirty rep trick given the way you're portraying it.

I don't really sees anything that justifies all the creator's hyping of it but meh, whatever.

Got latest .net, yes.

Oh and btw, none cares if you're 11 or 90, just like none cares that I'm signing a contract with 1 of the top clubs in football (soccer for you americans) in Sweden next week but that's TOTALLY unrelated and TOTALLY uninteresting.
Just my 2 cents.

Im running 64bit Vista and i tested on 32 bit and 32bit XP Proff and Home too. I guess i cant help you then.
