You can change everything (level,gold and others) you just must change Blizzard servers memory (wich could be abit hard i guess).

Gold and levels are server side.... same as stats, so you cant change them

The only way you'll get anywhere with level/gold hacks is Packet Forging :\

Powered with RAF, a friend and I could get 60 in less then 2 real days, not play time.

2 days, with a speed hack? o_O
It can be done in 1 day easily without a speedhack. Just take enchanting on 1 character, give it 200g or so, and buy RFC boosts. Then upon reaching SM (Level 20) buy those boosts for about 20g each. The enchanting mats will sell for more than you pay from disenchants.
Then go to ZF for a bit until level 45, then head to Stratholme. Barron runs; 75g. The mats will sell for 150g + per Barron run.

I'm looking for addresses for Oengine to hack my level with, or at least make myself invisible so I can speedhack (I really don't want to get caught). Also, money addresses would be good to. Anybody have any?

No, you'd have to get into Blizzard's database. There's no way you could do that through the game client. You don't decide how much gold you loot, the server does.
