The EU Site NEVER generates a captcha image for me, therefore I was thinking of creating a php script.

Knock up your servers maximum execution time or make an ajaxy thing that'll run it forever.

Then create a function that generates the key which posts it correctly via cURL to the wow form 'location' (the file that the official site posts the key you enter to).

Leave it running and then come back to it later? You might just get lucky and find a key that works for yourself
