Rent out the account and it will surely be banned, and if the renters don't scam you you will get some profits =) If that doesn't help, than do any of the above, or make a death threat to a GM(preferably his/her family). What I would do is use hax, like the others mentioned. Preferably in public, that way you'll have a good laugh and still get results.
