For the one that think it doesn't work, if the FPS on the top left corner get red instead of yellow when you press F9 : you are recording . Then press F9 to stop recording and the FPS will turn yellow again.

Then go to c:/Fraps and your video will be here waiting for you

doesnt even HAVE a fps anywhere :O and hotkeys do jack all
