Fraps v2.8.2.6486 (worse than gamecam)

Hi all.
I've been looking for a recording program for a long time. I can't open the links for fraps. And every one i've downloaded seems do have a virus with it. :S
Is game cam actually better then fraps for wow? I had game cam (the trial from their website), and i think that it's pretty ignoring. I have a little screen down in right cornor of what i'm filming.. The screen is blocking for my spells..

If you want to record at higher fps just lower the resolution, or get a faster hard drive. Resolution makes alot of difference.
