It is not something to freak out about and no technically it is not. I bet you my life that the original owner did not copy right it Second do you even have proof he did. The only way to figure out who is the original owner is to look at every single copy of the guide and find out when it was put there. When you do that then come and complain and fill the forums with your whining. I think it is good he put it there, because look I learned something new that I probably would not have seen somewhere else.
