[Release] WoW Classic Visual Rotation Helper
Hey all,
Releasing a free tool I developed to help out with WoW Classic rotations, especially if you use visual cues like spell procs or rotation helper addons (like ConROc).
What is it?
This is a Windows application (standalone .exe) that watches a specific part of your screen. When it detects a spell icon that you've configured (like a proc or an addon suggestion), it automatically presses the keybind you set up for it. It essentially helps bridge the gap between seeing the visual cue and reacting to it.
Core Features:
- ✨ Visual Spell Detection: Monitors a screen region you define for specific spell icons.
- 🖱️ Easy GUI Setup: Configure everything through a user-friendly interface. No coding needed.
- ⌨️ Spell & Keybind Mapping: Easily link images of spell icons to the correct keybinds on your action bar.
- 🖼️ Built-in Image Capture: Capture spell icons directly from your game screen for accurate detection.
- 🎯 Region Selection Tool: Visually select the exact area to monitor.
- ⚙️ Configurable: Adjust detection sensitivity (threshold) and how long keys are pressed.
- ⌨️ Global Hotkey: Start/Stop the detection process easily in-game (Default: Ctrl+Shift+X, configurable).
- 💾 Save/Load Profiles: Saves settings locally; manage different configurations if needed.
- 📊 Monitoring & Logs: See what the tool is detecting in real-time.
How it Works (Quick Overview):
1. Run the .exe.
2. Use the tool to select the screen area where your procs/addon icons appear.
3. Add spells: Capture/select an image of the spell icon, assign the correct keybind.
4. Save your configuration.
5. Start the helper via the GUI or the hotkey.
6. The tool watches the area and presses the key when a configured spell icon appears.
