Really nice write up Kenneth, as always! And great article by Veritable too! I'm sure Blizz will nerf the ilvl on the stormgarde items before launch, but even if they didn't then I wouldn't be too worried. Usually people rush for m+ dungeons for just a few more ilvls better than heroic dungeons and you wouldn't really get anything good unless you did +3-5 on the first few days and were lucky on warforge/titanforge. The stormgarde items could be a nice catch-up mechanic for people to get into m+ and raiding early.

What is your opinion on the gating of the content in this expansion? People were complaining about gatekeeping in Legion and I agree that having to clear most zones and suramar etc. just to do world quests was quite excessive. I've heard some complain about it being similar in BFA as well?

The only time gate that I am sure of is the one that will happen once you hit 120, do your mythic 0's for the week and just wait for raid to come out. Those first two weeks before m+ and raid are going to be boring for a lot of people who push end game content. Beyond that I am not sure of specific time gating yet. Maybe Veritable might know hes been dabbling a lot on the beta.
