From this data it's clear that they just need to give the horde pandaren a racial that is a 20m aoe stun for 6 seconds on a 30 second cooldown.

I personally think this is just going to make the Alliance draw even worse... I mean, ya, it might solve some immediate queing problems, but at the end of the day, all it's going to do is all the Horde will just play mercenary human or whatever, and the brain drain of good players from the Horde will continue on because they will eventually just say, "screw it, I am just gonna faction change." I don't know, maybe some Alliance will change to Horde for shorter que times, but not when it comes to serious pvp.

The real solution is to just deactivate racials while in PVP. Or, even better, since Horde racials have typically been lopsided and better for PVE since Cata days, just get rid of racials that give any type of performance or tactical advantage and make them cosmetic.

I honestly am convinced that since the factions were somewhat imbalanced by the end of MoP in favor of the Horde (though not terrible, it was like 60/40) that Blizzard purposely implemented the changes with the purposeful intent to not balance at all, but instead to entice people back over to Ally, but because of poor foresight, lack of understanding, and failure to respond to the endless amounts of "Everyone is going to change to Alliance if you do this" criticism in WoD beta, it wasn't just a small 10% change they were hoping, and turned into everything.

When 94% of the top 10,000 3v3 players are Alliance, you know you screwed up. Blizz still hasn't given us a real solution, which would be to solve the racial issues, at least temporarily by disabling them in PVP until the next expansion where they can revamp them to cosmetics, and then to offer free faction changes back to Horde til the balances evened back out.

But no, I think Blizzard likes the millions of dollars they are making by this game they are playing. Calling it now, next expansion Horde will have the OP racials and Blizz will collect another X millions of dollars in faction changes.

    Good writeup though, thank you.
