Maybe if they stopped wasting money on suing people, they wouldn't have a problem

It's very easy for a company to over-employ, and I think in this economic climate in the west, we see most companies making cut-backs to meet target levels.

this article is so full of completely retarded bias, they're cutting workers in the US due to over employment in areas like customer service (whenever I call I get an answer in ~1 min and talk for a good 30 min to an hour, which is nice but costly for blizz)

yeha i highly doubt they are firing people because of lost subs, im pretty sure its because they had to many of a one kind workers, like customer support or IT or similar... i work in an IT company and they just laid off hundreds of people as well

Considering the grammar of said news post it shouldn't surprise you that the article is not only hard to read but also nothing but baseless speculation.

You'd think a "Journalist" wouldn't be allowed to post something with this many errors.

I'd like to see where you find the source of the claim that MoP has made people unsub.. Incase the OP didn't notice, then SWtoR, skyrim, battlefield, and guild wars 2 Were released in full or beta, over the last course since release of MoP information.. so yeah, let's rush to conclusions. /facepalm.
