Mage Water Ele & Rogue Shadowstep sounds a bit overpowered for level 10's. If the water ele only has frostbolt and not Nova, then it would be fine. Mutilate is a nice idea since it's our frontal version of backstab (which is almost unusable in solo pve).

The article clearly states that the list is incomplete at this time, I will post when they give out information on the other classes.

I think Rogues will be extremely OP in PvP at 85. Unless I'm misunderstanding this, rogues could get both Mutilate AND Shadowstep. all they would have to use would be Mutilate, Gouge, Shadowstep, Backstab. that would kill pretty much anyone.

Wrong, in the new talent system you have to spec at least 30 points into that tree before you can go into a new tree of talents making them both unattainable at the same time.
