That statement makes me really doubt that they will merge. A guide/video website would make much more sense.

Hey, I'm from germany and i know the guild FtH really good .
On the website itself there stands they will create a new community page together with Ensidia. So I think this will not be a new guild forming.

Hmm it's possible that it can be:

A community page for vidoes;
A guild merge;
A hint at the new expansion(<tafak?);
A late april's fools joke.

''It's just another WoW news site/portal. One of the guy working on it gave it away a month ago.''
