ESO bans starting

Was on ESO earlier today, and got that system wide message. Looks like ban waves may be starting. Does this mean that there is some type of warden in play now?

So far as I've seen from screenshots and the like they're legitimately putting Gamemasters out into the world to find and ban botters.

This would be just for people running automated bots correct?

Would i be correct in saying that using ESP and no teleport functions while playing the game normally is still "undetected"?

@niallfm: Not sure as their measures for detection are all purely speculative at the moment. If they are relying solely on the reports from others to catch people, then I would say that they probably don't care yet about JuJus stuff as those would be harder to detect by just an eye witness. That being said, if ever a warden type system comes into play, its already possible to see what's loaded already externally within the plugin framework, so i'm sure they would be able to see his scripts loaded eventually. Whether or not its safe to use ESP or tp still I couldn't really say. As the authors stated, use at your own risk

if they wanna find bots they should start with the people camping solo boss dungeons lol.

I saw this message the other day and laughed. it had explained to me why I was in a dungeon, and was actually able to kill and loot the boss. and everyone thre, was actually playing and killing other things while we waited for a respawn. some also talked and thought it was pretty funny the same as I did that it wasn't camped to hell. it seems they did begin to take some types of bots seriously, but bots were so rampant with the spawn camping that it'll be weeks before we can grind any decent spots again.

GMs are physically entering the game, you can whisper them and they will come kill bots (and ban them?). It isn't any form of detection other than player's eyesight.

Yeah, you can clearly tell from that message that they don't have any detection going.
And tbh it's pretty hard to spot the bot unless it's running into a wall or smth like that, so I wouldn't be worried that much

Botting is not to bad. They will lock your character for some time. But not ban your account. So just use a bot character if you can.

But I have been banned for teleporting all over the map which was hilarious in pvp

I've been banned for teleporting as well. I believe they have some sort of detection for this, as I was banned when nobody saw me teleporting.
