[Guide] ACT 5 - Chest run! (torment 6, no gear requirement, any char, fast and easy)

Here is a brain afk chest farm route. very repetitive and can be boring, but its profitable!

I hope this is no re-post, i skimmed through the guide section and could not find it.

Since core and vessels got nerfed, here is an alternative.

You can use any character, with no specific gear requirements, you can do this run even naked! (wont be as fast through, details below)

Select Act 5, Quest 6.2. Teleport to the Abandoned Siege Camp.

Simply run this route and open chests! here is a map of all possible chest locations: between 3-5 chests each run!!



After 4 hours straight farming i got 13 legendaries (4 set items). At first I did not expect this run to be so effective myself! ^^ I average 2-4 legs per hour. Try to get as many games per hour as you can! this is key! But then again, its all RNG

run this on Torment 6 (higher chance for loot), since there are no gear requirement and except if you get hit by the small bombs there is no way of you dying!

Get as much movement speed as you can! And wear mf items!

Optional:
1) Use Warzechian armguards for extra movement speed
2) Open weapon racks if you are looking for specific white items for crafting (generally they do not drop good loot and are "a waste of your farming time" imo)

every class can use this! just use movement skills! dh - vault, mage - teleport, wd - ghost walk, barb - leap and sprint, etc

Just be careful if you run this on HC. There are mobs in some towers that throws mortar like projectiles at you.
You can dodge them and one shot the towers. But yeah, take care.

glad to hear! yeah me and my friends were surprised about the high amount of sets that were dropping there.

and even more about the profitability of farming 3-5 chests -.- O.o

we can clear all of fom in a matter of minutes, clear acts in 30-40 minutes high torment.. and yet this seems to yield more legendaries in an hour..

I don't believe armor racks or corpses are worth it.

opinions differ, so far though i would say go for the chests

the rest not worth it. UNLESS u want additional crafting mats!
