Hardcore Chest Exploit - Risk Free

When you play on campaign mode in Act V Torment 6, The waypoint "Abandoned Siege Camp" is a risk free zone for hardcore characters to join a game, grab 1-5 chests, and leave the game. You can get 5-10 Legs per hour doing this.

Another suggestion I would make is to still increase the torment legendary droprate beyond 25% more. Give players more of an incentive to play torment. Not just the rifts, but the bounties as well

Make Hardcore not about farming chests!

I'm not sure if this is a re-post or not, but since the act 3 chest is nerf. This is a new chest area to farm legendary on T6. This exploit works better for HC player since there's no monsters on this map.

Yeah, this has been posted twice, also 5-10 legendaries per hour is bullshit, I tried this for 24 hours straight, I didn't get more than 1.7-2 legendaries per hour.

This could be risky though if you don't watch out, the bombs the weapons(?) throw can 1 shot you. Happened to me when trying this a while ago. Also don't see why this would be any good. Takes 30-60 mins to run through depending on how your fast you move. And only has 1-4 chests which isn't that much. Also I seem to not be able to get legs from these chests, at least not at a good rate to farm them. I suppose you could get lucky, but chest farming is too tiresome. Killing things ftw!

First day farming these chest, I looted about 6-7 legendaries within an hour then it was a drought the following day... so it's all luck.

I'd say give it an hour then stop if you're not looting much.

you get more legendaries from doing t1+t2 rifts plus it's not as boring as this..

This is my default run while I watch a movie. I agree it's very RNG based. The fist day I did it I got 7 legendarily in about 1.5 hrs. The next day I only got 1.

Has this been fixed? Ran it for 2 hours now , and nothing, so not sure if just bad RNG or hotfixed, since other times it would dropped at least 1 or 2 =/

Magic Find: 164% (33% + T6 amount(131%))

Some indication as to what you need to watch out for while doing this run. There are towers with mobs that will lob fire balls at you when you get close to them. On T6 with 1700 Resistances they deal 108k damage to my Monk.

If anyone decides to test this out as well I will leave this empty template for you.

Paragon level doesn't affect drops as well as MF (MF doesnt work on chests). So farming chest with ANY MF is a waste...
