[Problem] Town people in Queldanas attacking eachother

I've tryed a few things to fix and they havnt worked anyone have an idea whats causing this

Do they have the same faction ID? If not, try to change it, either in-game or in Navicat/SQLyog.

Try Changing them all to faction 814 thats argent dawn and friendly to everyone..

there all 1967 (shattered sun offcence) this happens with the ones in shat to

35, 1741 and 814 is 3 friendly factions
35 = just friendly
1741 = Sha'tar
814 = Argent Dawn as metioned above.
