So I didnt have an account here and created a new one. I messaged ruyue in discord and tried out the trial. It works flawelssly.
You have fog of war removed, see everything on the minimap and see the observer panel. It works right out of the box without any hassle. And of course you can zoom out more, the vanilla game is way too much zoomed in - at least if you have a big 4k display to play on.
Awesome for me that is all I need.
