redownloading
firewall
updating drivers
deleting hots on documents folder
administrator privileges.

Try renaming StormSwitcher.exe to Heroes of the Storm.exe and/or try renaming the folder that the entire installation is in to something different.

Edit: Additionally, you could try copying all of the files in /Support/ to /Versions/Base29108/ and running Play.exe directly with the parameters -product Hero

I tried everything, what I'm doing bad?

Go to "My Documents" and delete "Heroes of the Storm" folder. Also go to "C:\ProgramData\Blizzard... and delete Heroes of the Storm folder. Might help to reset the game. There is some cache. You can try to backup the "Cache" folder and delete it also.

This should work for new build on Win XP (uses NET 4.0): MapSwitcher for 29108

Basically, nothing noticeable. 2 XML files were changed in almost pointless ways and 2 exes were updated with unknown changes (enough of a change to require us to find enough offsets, anyway).

They probably only released it to test whether or not patching works.

Zagara is the only hero that looks to be truly removed. The only thing she has left in the files is an Ultralisk, and they gave that to Kerrigan as a new Heroic Ability for her. When a hero's files are gone AND their old abilities start to be used by other heroes - I think it's safe to say they probably got axed.
