what should I use my Imperial Silk on before 5.4 to profit me the most? Or should I wait until 5.4 comes out? thanks.

Depend on price done on your server, you can craft bags or spellthread.

Look the price of this two items and make a little count : Best profit is => 12 Greater Cerulean Spellthread / Greater Pearlescent Spellthread or 1 bag.

Maybe craft some stuff with hauting spirit but find the customer before crafting !

wrong - after 5.4 there will be no reason to craft gear from it so prolly most people will go for bags which means lower prices so i'd suggest enchants

I speaked for the 5.3. In 5.4, the price of enchants will grow up but not a lot.
