Permanent ban?

I used my lv 36 account until 2 hours ago, but now, when I tried to log in, a terrible message appears saying: " your account has been suspended because you have not respected the conditions"........
Is this the permanent ban?

Yes, a big banwave went out. All are permanent, sadly; unless you can get it reversed via customer service social engineering

There's pretty much definitive proof of users who use 3rd-party API's. Your best bet is to bot up another account, and suck up the loss. Don't bot on accounts you can't lose.

Yes, all they need to do is make a small change on their serverside and how the API interacts, to catch bots. It's cat & mouse.
