Where is the best place to get farfetch'd?

Sorry if this is the wrong place, but where am I best off looking for a Farfetch'd? I've tried looking in Utsubo park in Osaka. North of Tokyo. Disneyland in Tokyo. Signal Hill in Hong Kong. All to no avail!

Can anyone help me out please?

Im not sure now but i caught 5 or 6 of them there....but i had to wait like 30 mins or so before one would spawn...and that was like a month ago.

Also they use to spawn in sokcho south korea..that was awhile back though.

Haven't had anything may have to admit defeat and try go for kanghaskan and return at a later date when their spawn has returned!
