Nox and vpn

If I want hunt in an other town with Nox, at more 200 km from where i am, use a vpn is recommanded? Or is it completly useless?

It's useless they patched the use of emulator like Nox you'll encounter a lot of bugs or you can't simply move.

I just test Nox, it is still working. So use a vpn change anything? Or it is useless and ip and geolocalisation are not connected or detectable?
