Checking IVs

I have a few accounts that have survived the ban waves, but I have a ton of Pokies that I have caught and I want to check their IVs....

Is there a way to check their IVs (I used to use IVY) and not get them banned?

PokeBotNinja has a great inventory function for checking IVs and stuff because it was separate from the botting process. It used to be pretty safe but I am not sure about the latest version.
