Niantic unbans "some" accounts

It's an android emulator but very easy to detect by niantic even if you spoof a phone because kernel version si "nox@ubuntu"

It is absurd that we don't know anything about REPORT -> BAN (regardless of bot/hacks).
Legit player may be banned only for reports? A lot of people are saying "YES". A lot of people are saying "NO".

Help me find final answer, and I'll create a new thread with all info acquired at the disposal of all OC players.

We have to know how many reports (3? 5?) for cheating can ban an account (even if legit), AND once and for all if this it's true or not.

Don't give up yet. I think we are unbanning with the corresponding ban wave too. If you are banned in first ban wave, you should be the first to get unbanned. My thought.

My main that got banned in first wave still banned. Played legit probably from 21 to 22, then botted a couple hours on it then GPS spoofed to almost 25. What a mistake. Hoping to get unbanned eventually, sent two appeals but nothing. Going to keep hoping it gets unbanned someday. In the mean time I started two accounts and leveling them up via fly GPS. Testing that method as well both are almost 17

I was legit 24, bot to 25, no sniping. spent $115. banned. I hope to get that one unbanned, but probably not since I have done the chargeback. I botted my newest account to 27, been good for 2 weeks now.

I hope so too. I didnt use any add on maps/apps, only the default nox. Looks like they are most probably unbanning some of those people who uses the add on maps/apps irregardless of bot or not.

Just a friendly advice, you can get your money back from a banned account if you go to Google Play Store website and submit a refund request. Just make sure you select the option "i do not recognize this purchase" and just write that your son bought it without your consent. Worked for me and many others

I am the opposite here, just received a ban email for an account that only ever used Nox to farm and snipe. Two botted accounts still banned so for the guy who botted 1 level is probably screwed.
