Nox WASD issue

Hi all.


I have not come across anyone experiencing this issue therefore the need for a new topic. I have since dropped questions and have searched diligently throughout for a fix. To date I have come across none.

For the past month Nox has been working perfectly fine up until a week ago the WASD stopped working.

It works after a complete restart then a few steps and goes completely dead. 2nd restart and no movement at all.

However everthing else seems to be working fine from catching pokemon to pokestops. It's just movement with the WASD keys that has stopped.

If anyone has experienced such or has a fix please advise.

on the sidebar click the keyboard looking icon to re enable wasd

I was having the exact same problem. Installed latest windows 10 update and now I can't move at all...

Update: suddenly started working again I didnt do anything, then after about 15 minutes it stopped working)... Looks like some other program is interfering

I had uninstall PoGo and Nox. Reinstalled both. Problem solved. Had to repeat the process twice as the first installation with the updated PoGo had a few glitches. Movment at 2km was spotting me every 100m. Sticking to previous version works perfectly fine.

I also have this issue just as of a few days ago.
Let's hope, Niantic isn't detecting the spoof it and stopping the movement on their end. It's odd that the WSAD works for a few minutes...

If anyone finds a fix, or can replicate the issue in another game, please post so we can eliminate that worry! Thanks.

Reinstalling Nox did nothing. Multiple tries and still same outcome. WSAD walking works for random amount of time an then stops. Usually within five munities though. You can tell the directional controller becomes interrupted or broken because there is no longer a bicycle or speed hotkeys when you click the widget to add / remove the directional controller from the Nox toolbar.

I noticed my video driver was messed up because Nox gave me a notification in the top left hand corner. So I re-installed it. I doubt this solved my issue but just thought I would mention it.

What I believe solved it, was this time I left out installing Adblocker from within Exposed. I would love to install it again to verify that this was the cause of the issue but I am afraid it could also just be instabilities in the most recent version of Nox. So for that reason, I don't want to risk it at the moment, but I will update if I do.

Matter of fact, this is exactly what I did;

1. Install Nox.
2. Nox Settings Gear ->Turn on root, high performance settings, Change Manufacturer to "Samsung".
3. Play Store ->Download and install Lockito and Google maps (Navigation), Add google account if prompted.
4. Add xposed.apk
5. Exposed -> Framework, Install and do not allow exposed to reboot after the install. Select cancel when prompted, then manually select soft reboot.
6. Exposed -> Download, Mock Mock Locations
7. Exposed -> Modules, check Mock Mock Locations, click into it and uncheck "Add all". Select just pokemon go.
8. Andriod Settings -> About Table -> Build Number , click build number until you receive developer permissions
9. Android Settings -> Developer options. From the list, check "Allow mock locations"
10. Reboot
11. Exposed -> Download, Device Faker
12. Exposed -> Modules, check Device Faker
13. Open Device Faker, select Nexus 7, or whatever.
14. Reboot, open Device Faker and verify it has changed hardware settings.
15. Set your location
16. Add latest pokemongo apk (After setting location because its going to open after it installs)

I presume steps 11-14 to be optional.
