How to make nearby pokemons appear?

Ive noticed that alot of times when im manually sniping pokemons, some pokemons refuses to appear on screen, even though im standing at their position and can see them in the nearby pokemon indicator. Ive tried walking around the area, tried waiting for a min, and some times they still wont come out.

However, when sniping with bots like pokesnipers, the bots are able to "see" the pokemons immediately without such issues.

How is it that bots are able to catch them so easily, whereas when manually sniping some pokemons just refuses to appear on screen?

Try pokesensor, (google it). It lets you scan pokemon around your area, but u need to create a separate PTC account for it and make sure to verify it as well so it wont get locked.
