pokemon go scam or not?

Way before pokemon go bans are introduced, the few weeks, everybody is hitting lvl 30+, all's happy until the bans are introduced.

The people that have bought my accounts that got banned after 1 week , are currently satisfied with replendished temporary accounts.

But there's this particular customer that claimed I am a scammer, even tho I'm currently providing banned customers with new accounts when theirs got banned. He wanted a permanent account. (won't get banned at all.)

Will I be in any law trouble if this happens?

I would give all their money back so I don't have to regret that feeling in the future. Doing the right thing feels good.

Just put a disclaimer when you are selling. If the accounts get banned it isn't your fault or just give them new ones. There is close to no possible way for anyone to report anything.
