First post here. Just wanted to ask this question because it's very obvious that there are still plenty of people not banned. Just today I can see a familiar screen name in 4 gyms around me. The guy is level 31 ( first tip off) and has a 3000 plus dragonite in each of the gyms. And I've seen the gyms change hands so I know his mons aren't just stagnant staying in the gym. So. Any ideas? Cause all I've read is basically how nobody is getting through this hammer right now. Also. What do you knowledgeable folks think about the gps spoofing? My account has still been safe so far. Not really sure how they'd catch it. I'm level 27 but it's been a lllooonnngggg grind to that level.

Just because he has a level 31 doesnt mean he is botting. I know a few people who are level 31/32 playing legit

Im not saying anything is 100%, but if you can make your bot have the same device ID as your regular phone, you won't be banned.

However, if your bot is a samsung galaxy, and your phone is an iphone, note, etc, and the IDs don't match, you are more likely to get banned when you constantly switch.


If you 100% bot, don't log into your phone on that account,it won't be banned. But when you do, you'll most likely be banned in a few days.

This is what I have noticed with my botting... I need to change my bot settings to my phone or something. My accounts keep being safe / fine until I login with my phone then the account gets ban within 1-48 hrs.

Try reporting the guy. The Pokemon GO Ban system is so ****ed up'd at the moment that you can even mass-report a legit player.

If you reported him and he is still not banned, he could be legit.

My recent account was made on my phone but after that has ONLY botted and doesn't have the sane device id. What's weird about that to me though is that makes it seem like you could never use more than one device which doesn't sound right.

i never botted before. I use Nox. 1 account banned and 1 account still alive for maybe about 3 weeks... Also I have several low level storage accounts, which are not banned. Don't assume Nox is safe. I don't play much. The game is getting boring.
