been away 2 weeks, am i still safe?

heya, ive been away for 2 weeks and from what ive read in between i think i should be good to continue as i did before my vacation.. i use an old rooted phone hiding mock locations,
i teleport about 2 kilometers to a more crowded area in my own city and using "floater fake location" i have it walk around the city center to get pokestops and pokemon i happen to meet. so my main question is; is this still safe?

now these poke radar etc tracking sites make it tempting to teleport elsewhere, would it be safe to teleport to a city 20-40 kilometers away and walk around there for a bit? after not being logged on for 30+ mins and logging off for another 30ish mins after im done in that city?

From the general consensus of those with back-end experience of how android and pokemon go works. They have enough data collected to ban anyone who's used third party programs including Spoofing, Emulators, API's and Bots.

I would probably stop hacking because your account may already have a flag or warning. Players who got flagged might not even get a chance to trade Pokemon with others when the trading feature comes out. I wouldn't risk it.
