Do they ban emails?

Got terminated, would probably play again with main email, but if not then just CBA lol So will I be able to make a new account from the same email that got an account terminated?

Your banned account still exists, so you cannot create an account with the same email.
Only option would be, to ask Niantic to delete your account completely. And then create a new acc with same email. Dunno how long the deletion process takes though.

Niantic send you an email, that your account has been terminated?
Cause most people only receive an email, stating, that their account has been banned. And if it's banned, your account still exists. You just can't access it.

I got email saying my account was terminated, but it exists. They don't use the word banned.

its definetly the termination email, I just cant be arsed to have my phone not logged into my email address. Making a new email address to relogin on phone, to accept ToS, to cheat more or play again... Its just not worth lol

Make a PTC account with your gmail address. It will solve your problem
