There is no factual evidence backing this claim up, this is a guess on your part. Considering the act you put on in other threads maybe you shouldn't jump the gun on whats safe and not when there is currently no way of knowing.

I think if All G would break the rule it would be removed from the Google Play and Niantic would take that down and asks for it be removed from the store, they never did so...

Do they maybe use like a live detection then ban all at once or do they go through accounts to find things? If I were to just stop hittingmy my account now, will I be in the clear or do you think it is just inevitable that any user with an account that has ever botted will be banned??

We're not sure of that, but if your account has been flagged botting you'll be probably banned in the next wave...

I suppose that's OK Niantic's ToS said that you can use 3 different accounts on the same network, also if they play legit, no need to worry they won't be banned.

I have used tutu app in 3 month now and sniping for a long time and never got banned.
I have a level 18, 20 and 22 with all 145 pokemons and spent a lot of time with my tutu app and
i know how not to get banned.
Ofcourse Niantic know that all accounts lvl 25 and up might be cheaters, because it is not possible
to go to that level in 3 three month without doing it full time
The botted accounts i have bought in this forum has all been banned and i think that is okay.
Don´t cry, - make a new one - get banned - make a new etc
