Failed to get game data from the server - account ptc

now my main account I never botted/sniped/anything 3rd party is still active on my phone, using the google login. But once I sign out and log in my PTC bot I get the message.

i got this though when opening my account. not the usual " data error ". but other accounts dont get this screen.

I get this message only when I open App and first login using the ptc bot. If I open app and log in my google acct, sign out, and attempt to log in same ptc bot, I get the humbled message and/or failed to retrieve game data

that's what i thought too. before getting the " data error " this comes up first but when you re-open the app. you'll get the " data error ". anyway how can i sign out the account that is currently banned? " sign out " button wont show " its just always " retry ".

to get the sign out button, exit pokemon go

press airplane mode

open pokemon go (it will display no internet connection)

while app open, take off airplane mode and go back into the game, and within a few seconds the Sign Out window will appear
