I'm not shure your picture is 100% legit, alot of those type of picture are fake ! Please find a way to confirm you really took the screenshot !

I hadn't appealed yet. Felt that would be admitting guilt having not confirmed an actual ban until their response.

I could forward you the email, or you could report your "error" as a bug and wait for their reply.

I received the same email today as well after getting the failed to get data error a few days ago.

Edit: I have never submitted an appeal even when I first got banned (failed to get data error)

pokemon go reply , they dont have any permanent banned screen yet, instead they showing an server error issue

i may appeal now as there is no hope anyway

Got the message today as well. Was fun while it lasted lol. In my area, nobody even plays this game anymore so I'm not even hating.. it's just a fad like the damn Daniel thing that lasted two weeks.
