Lvl|CP|IV

Hi guys, just a quick question.

lets say i have 2 arcanine's

First: LVL=19 CP=1600 IV=75%
Second: LVL=7 CP=600 IV=93%

Imagine those two fighting eachother. Who will win? im not really sure about how much better IV is above the level and CP of the pokemon?
or is it just that the Lvl19 arcanine has more hp?

Could anyone tell me how this thing works? Thanks in advance!

Second Arcanine will have better stats than first Arcanine when both of them reach the same lvl, simple as that.

If you don't power up them - first one will win.
