    Does this means my account not banned?

    I just submit my account banned appeal and the ticket status shows SOLVED at the same time...
    Does this means my ticket really solved by Niantic? or just auto shows solved on every appeal ticket?

    and I got auto reply as below

    I just created new gmail and try to use previous username and can not let me use. so means my account still alive?
