Help needed for ip ban

I know I'm stupid right. I runned 3 bot accounts at the sime time with the same ip.

So the problem here is I got a IP ban. My question is how long will the ban stay and if it's perm will proxies help

Another thing is when i'm running my bot it seems to not be able to find any pokestops wherever i go, is this also because of the ip ban

Change your IP or wait 2-5 hours.

Yeah well I'm using one but im still getting the can't find any pokestops error wherever I spawn

Edit: Everything fixed now not sure why couldn't find any pokestops but it's fixed now
