Personally, I've moved onto the Dratini Necro config for both leveling and farming. It gives around 70-80k XP/h. Runs stable and gives you ton of good Pokemon + candies for Gyarados & Dragonite.

In order to reduce the risk of getting softbanned. I'm currently botting 4 different accounts in 2h rotation. So each account gets botted for 2h, then gets 6h rest.

I have been using Pokemob and Necro before. My main account level 37 got banned. I made a new one and it's 22, but with catch flee ban. I'm wondering if I should make a third or just wait...
