New Guy - Dratini Hunter in training (LOL)

New guy is here. First off, thank you guys for everything on this forum; it feels pretty welcoming, and definitely enjoy a lot of the reads on here - a lot of it is very informative, and had no idea about IV in PokemonGo until I got here and made an account. So far I've helped myself in purchasing two serial codes for PokeFarmer (I feel that it is the safest way to keep my account safe while giving myself a break from walking (let's be real here, I love the idea of being able to have a program do everything I can without me doing it).

My only thing is, I feel like when it comes to hunting certain Pokemon, it is difficult to gauge in where they are nested (which I feel that Dratini nests are a complete myth). I have a level 33 and a level 22 account, and I'll use the level 22 account to sort of (carefully) snipe where there are "supposed" Dratini nests, but with no luck. I've had the PokeFarmer bot for about two days now, and am very comfortable with it, but I've yet to run into any Dratini (for the main account, I'm sort of staying around the Los Angeles area, just to be safe, and I've yet to incur a soft-ban on it.

My question is, and I don't want to sound like a tool-bag or a fool, but how do these account sellers get like five different 2500 CP Dragonite on an account, when they've probably only had that account running on a bot for less than a week?
