High IV Pokemon Base off Trainer level?

So I am level 25 and was wondering is chance of finding pokemon over 90 IV base off my level? using Pokesnipper2 auto I ran it, and after an almost hour and half it has only came back one time with found X pokemon over 90 and it was a Snorlax. I am part of discord IV channel but that requires me to manually enter any coords, plus they only seem to post ones like Snorlax, Dragonite, etc. nothing like Parascet, and so forth.


Even tried using my bot with over 1000 coords (which I got my json of Necro config) using my list and didn't find hardly any that way either. So make me think that its tied to my level for me to find these high IV ones of any pokemon, or be bounded to using other people coords.

Speaking of other coords, is there common coords where there are tons of 90+ IV pkm?

How do you beat Snorlax with those 3 though? None of them is strong vs it.

IV is the same for all people. So if you find a chord with high IV, you will catch a high IV pokemon there. Just they are very rare.

Thanks, just looking at people bots that use Necro and config they show off, they have tons of 100 IV pokemon, and people in my discord are posting 100 none stop, just tonight, had 3x Eevee 1x Dratini, 1x Weezing, and 1x Kabutops, of course 3x eevee turn into 2x Flareon all with heatwave over fire blast, and a vap with aqua tail over hydro pump, so they were useless and had to go, and Weezing, and Kabutops moveset wasn't the right one, so I didn't waste time on them. But some of these were from the same person, why I asked about level.

To answer your question how you beat Snorlax. with those 2 are easy if you have the right ones, with the best moveset. Dragonnite needs Dragon breath and Dragon Claw, and Lapras needs Frost Breath / Blizzard - of course Snorlax should be packing his top moveset DPS of Zen headbut and Body Slam, but still using a pokemon top dps moveset should have no issues, and of course if pokemon IV and CP is high.

Goal is to get 100 IV in all pokemon with there top dps moveset. Since I already have 95+ of tops 5 attackers, Defense, and Sta pokemon.
