Regarding "failed to get game data from servers"

Hello people, a lot of you are freaking out that you cannot login to Pokemon Go. I would like to assure you guys that your accounts are fine (for now) there is a problem with the login system (as reported by a lot of people), with the login system being partly down and alot of people trying to enter the game then the login system is getting overloaded. I have an account level 22 (legit, never botted on it) and I CANNOT login (google) I also have an account that I have botted on which is level 35 (PTC) and I CAN login. Please calm down and be patient until Niantic fixes the server problems.

So had 2 lvl 30 accs still working and one lvl 39 acc getting failed to get error i think this account is blacklisted till verified that its not voilator whoch obviously it is == time 1.5 days from last login

Yeah I bought accounts(4) for my family so we can all just get a good start on pokemon go but then 2 days later they were banned. Not sure if the person who was selling then used a bot OR maybe its just a server problem. I sent Niantic an appeal and I'm still waiting for their reply.

But tthe thing is, in my second account PTC when i try to change my name to the one that is supposed to be ban it says "username unavailable" so it means it is not really a perm ban?
and also ive been able ( just to try) login on pokesnipe2 and snipe a dragonaire.... so was it is you think guys?
i also contacted sephirolf in hope that he will be able to unban me..
and Guys ive just login into pokesnipe and catch a dragonite but on my phone and nox it says failed to blablabla the ban stuff

Don't send appeals, "failed to get game data" does NOT have to mean you're banned. There have been multiple server issues past week as Niantic is working hard on countering the bots. So it could either be server sided, or your account is flagged and will probably get investigated further... If you send in a ban appeal without knowing for certain that you are banned, all it does is proof to Niantic you were exploiting the game and thus resulting in a perm ban. People that play legit aren't going to instantly think of sending in a ban appeal when they see "failed to get game data", use your brain.

Yea those accounts are 100% botted and probably going to get banned.
