I having a trouble looking for solution in my case. I can see pokestops and gyms and even get rewards from pokestop and I can even fight with gym leaders, but when I try to catch pokemon they always run/escape even though it has only 100CP and below. I tried several solutions but none of them worked. It's been 2 hours since it occurs. Can you help me ? thank you.

No worries its not permanent, just be patient and wait to expire cause still there is no known way to bypass it

almost everyone in this website cuse using bots with high EXP/H


next time try some low EXP/H settings, humanize walking and throws
Using PokeMobBot with a second account i have is like 30k EXP/H and works great over 2 hours now without softban.
