I think i may have the best Dragonite possible?

Last night on pokesniper, i caught a 100 IV dragonite with the movesets Dragon Breath and then Dragon Claw. I then powered him up to 3100 CP. Im level 30 atm, anyone have an idea what this is worth? Ive looked it up online and ?Pokemon Go? am level 29, 100% IV 3k max powered up, steel wing and hyper beam... im pretty happy with it

It's the GUI bot that's been posted here on the forums.

That is indeed a great Dragonite, 100IV and will therefore reach 3500 CP at max level. Also the best moves, currently. This of course can change plus many people have multiple 100IV Dragonites, based on grinding Dratinis with bots and accumulating plenty of candy/stardust. I myself have 9!

It is a strong attack but due to how long the damage is, when the attack registers, and the delays from the server, in terms of damage per second, and not just total damage, it isn't the best.

Nice mine is also 100% and its standing at 3175CP i only have SteelWing and HyperBeam. So maybe i need to look further for an diff MoveSet. But so far its standing its ground xD.
