People play It when driving too , so Avg Driving speeds should work too .

300 km/h works fine in locations with tons of pokestops.
It really depends on the location though. On the county side, you would have to go way slower to avoid a softban.
You have to consider how the final speed is calculated:
(distance travelled)/(Time it took from A to B + time it takes to interact with pokestops, or catch Pokémon)=final speed.

So when you put 300km/h in NY Central Park, it will travel the short distances from pokestop to pokestop really fast, but since the interaction with pokestops takes time, the avg. speed will be significantly lower. If you were to run this speed on the country side with few pokestops and you end up moving 1000m, instead of 50m in NY, then you would get banned for it.

=> safe speed does depend on location.

for some less than 50meter can be 300km/h

You can get very high xp of approximately 65k+ per hour with pokeroadie. the maximum speed you can go with a low risk rate is 79km/h. I will post a screenshot of the configuration that works quite well.

I walk 25 kmph and have set it up so that the bot reaches its limit in 3 hours. After 3 hours, I close the app and don't launch it till at least 3 hours later.

I have a theory that if you reach limit in 3h, it takes 6h to reset the limit. Haven't tested, CBA to. I bot for myself now since anything shared can be liable to mass ban.
