About IV Before and After Evolve

i wanna ask. put this way, for some reason i catch Dratini with IV 100%. now if i evolve it to Dragonair, does my Dragonair remain with same IV 100% or is it gonna evolve with random IV? and how about if i evolve it again to Dragonite? Thanks for the answer

Actually IV goes up by 1 or 2 % upon evolving. However, IV will not decrease, so a 100% Dratini will evolve into a 100% dragonair into a 100% Dragonite.

But if you evolve a 49% pidgey, you probably get a 50%-51% pidgeot
