Has anybody lost any noticeable amounts of their Pokemon while botting?
I had many different Pokemon..and over the last 12 hours I have somehow lost about 20 different pokemon in my collection.
they were all rare Pokemon and all had high CP.
I do not understand what happened...they were there...and now they are gone.

perhaps you have prioritizebyiv=true; and the bots keeps only the pokemons with the highest iv regardless the cp :P

Well necrobot default configuration is keep IV over 90. Chances are, your pokemon is not as rare as you think.

This would all be something you either neglected to change in a bots config.json or prioritised incorrectly, and probably not a bots fault. Gotta pay close attention to how the bot is going to handle transfers; If I'm using an account with a full pokedex, I just keep set it to keep 2 copies of everything.

Sometimes, it's because the bot uses a TransferOperator=and, which makes it only keep duplicate pokemon, which are above the CP & the IV cap.
When switching between bots, updating, etc. it's easy to miss that operator sign, especially since not all configs include it. So after loosing a bunch of strong pokemon, like 3 2.6-2.7k Dragonite, 2.5k Lapras, etc. I always add the important pokemon to under "PokemonsNotToTransfer": [
That way, regardless of other settings, they will always stay.
